A Late Post Jam Patch

I know it's been like, 2 months since this jam, but I finally got around to updating this game and making it less bad. 

Things of note;

• Movement doesn't suck anymore. You're not on ice, it's responsive. I'm sorry and I fixed it. 
• As a result of fixing the movement, the momentum mechanic that let you beat levels 13 and 14 doesn't exist anymore. So, neither do those levels anymore. You hate to see it. 
• Controller Compatibility. I learned how to do controller stuff, so I'm just adding it to stuff now. Controls are in the how to play part of the menu

That's pretty much it for the update and for the game. I just wanted to fix the movement since that was something that was bugging me and all the people who pointed it out. Probably not gonna come back to this one unless there's a game breaking bug in this build.
